Job description:
We are looking for female Support Workers to look after female client in Eight Mile Plains ,Brisbane 4113 QLD .We welcome applications from all qualified individuals who are committed to delivering person-centered care. As a support Worker, you will be required to support participants with daily living activities, including (but not limited to): domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation, community access ,gardening assisting with medication, and companionship. All tasks to be completed in the participants' residence.
The successful candidate:
- Available to work: Monday-Sunday shifts as a casual employee
- Is empathetic with a person-centered approach when supporting clients and participants
- Has excellent communication and documentation skills
- Is willing to provide all aspects of support
- Has the ability to develop positive relationships with our clients and to support their individual care plans.
Essential Requirements:
- Cert III, IV in Disability or Individual Support required
- NDIS Worker Check (for paid employment)
- Police Check
- First Aid and CPR (must be current or willing to obtain)
