Restoration Technician (Full-Time)

$30 – $35 per hour (based on experience, aligned with Award rates)

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and delivering high-quality results.
About the Role
You will attend residential and commercial sites to carry out restoration works following water, fire, and mould damage. Full training is provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Water extraction, structural drying, and mould remediation
- Fire and smoke cleaning
- Setting up and monitoring drying equipment
- Completing job documentation and reports
- Maintaining company vehicle, equipment, and cleanliness
- Providing professional customer service on-site
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Current driver’s licence (required)
- Experience in restoration, cleaning, or construction (preferred but not essential)
