MostynCopper is looking for a Construction Assistant Project Manager who has worked within the Australian Health Sector, with demonstrated understanding of and working experience with the standard GC21 Contract. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years Construction Project Manager experience.
Demonstrable experience working with the GC21 Contract is essential for this position.
The role, working on projects in the Health sector, will support :
· Head Contractor Procurement process
· Management of Project Consultants
· Management of Project Budget, cash flows and financial administration
· Management of regular project meetings such as PCG and resultant reporting
The candidate must have the right to work in Australia and be prepared to travel to project sites which might entail overnight stays.
