About You:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of electronic security and access control systems including procurement, installation, physical and virtual infrastructure, network integration, vendor management and system activity logging.
Develop and maintain responsibility for policies and procedures governing access control, electronic security systems administration, duress alarms and management of Access Control Systems within all CHHHS facilities including 6 hospital facilities, Cairns sub-acute care facilities and the HHS regional and remote primary health care facilities.
Using sound judgement and high-level communication skills, collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders regarding highly sensitive and confidential matters.
Provide high-level administrative expertise and advice regarding Access Control Systems policies and procedures and capabilities to business partners and executive to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, polices and standards.
