SUVA SHAKTI PTY LTD looking for Restaurant Manager to join our team. SUVA SHAKTI PTY LTD is hospitality business based in Australia running additional new outlet at inside Narooma Golf Club located at 1 Ballingalla St, Narooma NSW 2546 Australia . The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, financial performance, team development, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and kitchen leadership to deliver a premium guest experience while maintaining profitability and operational excellence.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
- Motivate and inspire the team to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.
- Assist in managing forecasting and budgets across beverage, food and staff costs.
- Maintain stock control procedures with exceptional accuracy, including purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget.
- Plan menu in consultation with Chef & report directly to owner.
- Organize functions & day-to-day running of the restaurant.
- Implement, execute and maintain outstanding levels of service, creating a benchmark for the wider team and inspiring and leading them to operate and deliver to the same standards.
- Take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders
- Ensure customers are satisfied with food and service.
- Maintain the venues cleanliness and maintenance to the highest standards.
- Ensure compliance, food handling, OH&S regulations and that dining facilities comply with health regulations, is clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
- Ensure trainings and procedures are up to date and effectively communicated with waiting and kitchen staff.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma of Hospitality Management or Higher in relevant Hospitality qualification.
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager minimum 3 Year .
- Ability to work Full Time.
- Flexible to work on a rotating roster.
