Belgravia Parks is seeking an exceptional Head of Acquisitions & Integrations to lead one of the most exciting and strategically important functions within our Tourism division.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Tourism, this newly created leadership role will be responsible for identifying, assessing and delivering acquisition opportunities while ensuring successful integration and performance optimisation across our growing portfolio.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic growth, commercial analysis, due diligence, stakeholder engagement and post-acquisition integration in a dynamic, multi-site tourism environment.

About the Role
As Head of Acquisitions & Integrations, you will lead the end-to-end acquisition lifecycle, from pipeline development and market analysis through to due diligence, onboarding and post-acquisition performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Acquisitions & Growth

Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned to strategic growth objectives

Develop and maintain a pipeline of acquisition targets and partnership opportunities

Conduct market analysis and competitor reviews to support investment decisions

Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for Executive leadership
Due Diligence & Commercial Assessment

Lead commercial assessments of potential acquisitions
-
Coordinate operational, financial, compliance and risk due diligence activities
-
Analyse business performance, organisational capability and contractual obligations
-
Identify acquisition risks, value creation opportunities and integration requirements
Integration & Transition
-
Design and lead structured integration plans and onboarding frameworks

Manage cross-functional transition activities across operations, systems, finance, compliance and guest experience

Ensure newly acquired businesses are successfully embedded into the Belgravia
-
operating model

Deliver smooth transitions with minimal disruption to customers, employees and stakeholders
Stakeholder Management & Leadership

Build strong relationships with brokers, business owners, industry contacts and advisors
-
Collaborate closely with executive leaders and operational teams
-
Act as the central point of coordination across acquisition and integration workstreams

Provide regular reporting, insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Performance & Governance

Track acquisition pipeline performance and post-integration success
-
Monitor financial, operational and customer KPIs
-
Ensure compliance, governance and risk management standards are maintained

Oversee capital works and asset-related integration initiatives where required
About You
You will be a commercially minded leader with a proven track record in acquisitions, integration and growth within multi-site environments.
To be successful, you will bring:

Significant experience in acquisitions, mergers, corporate development, integration or commercial leadership roles

Demonstrated success managing end-to-end acquisition and integration programs

Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business case development and due diligence

Strategic thinking and the ability to identify growth opportunities

Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills

Strong project leadership and change management capability

Experience operating within complex, fast-paced environments

A high level of professionalism, discretion and sound judgement
Highly Regarded

Experience within tourism, holiday parks, hospitality, leisure or facilities management

Private equity, growth business or multi-site operational experience
-
Change management or transformation experience

Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting platforms

Knowledge of parks, camping or asset management environments
