Munch Burgers is hiring a full-time Store Manager to lead our Craigieburn store.
We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Store Manager who can run the store day-to-day, lead staff, achieve sales targets, maintain high cleaning standards, and help grow the Munch Burgers brand.
This role is suited to someone with strong hospitality, fast food, QSR, or retail management experience who understands how to manage a busy store, build a strong team, and deliver consistent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running daily store operations
- Achieving minimum daily sales targets
- Managing staff performance, timing, attendance, and shift coverage
- Preparing and managing weekly rosters
- Training, motivating, and leading the team
- Ensuring fast, friendly, and consistent customer service
- Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
- Making sure the store is clean, organised, and up to hygiene standards at all times
- Managing opening and closing procedures
- Monitoring stock, wastage, and store efficiency
- Handling customer feedback and complaints professionally
- Helping develop ideas for local marketing, promotions, and brand growth
- Working closely with ownership to improve store performance
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar role
- Experience in hospitality, fast food, QSR, or retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage rosters, staff timing, and daily operations
- Sales-focused mindset with the ability to push store performance
- Strong attention to cleaning, food safety, and presentation standards
- A reliable, hands-on attitude
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Interest in helping grow a new Australian burger brand
Salary and benefits:
- Base salary from $70,000 per year
- OTE up to $120,000 per year based on performance and store targets
