About the Role:We are currently seeking experienced and passionate chefsto join our dynamic kitchen team in Berry, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills, work with authentic Indian spices and techniques, and be part of a dedicated team that values creativity and excellence.
The ideal candidate/s will have the following skills and experience:
- 1- 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of produce, stock control, culinary techniques and kitchen equipment The ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere Complete all work responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner. Competently cook breakfast, lunch and dinner services Anticipate and attend to the guest’s requirements and desires immediately. Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the restaurant’s menus Ensure full implementation of HACCP code of practice Maintain a harmonious relationship with other members Maintain high standards and lead by example
Key Qualifications & experience
- Leadership, team management, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with outstanding managerial skills with minimum of Cert IV in Kitchen Management or higher qualification in the similar stream.
