We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Branch Administrator to join our Burnie team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in supporting our operations across Tasmania, working closely with our Burnie, Hobart and Launceston branches to help keep our business running smoothly.

From supporting branch leadership and coordinating administrative activities to assisting our Parts, Service, Warehouse and Maintenance teams, you'll be the person who helps everything come together behind the scenes. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing invoices and purchase orders
- Coordinating meetings and preparing meeting documentation
- Supporting reception and general office administration
- Maintaining branch filing systems and business records
- Providing administrative support to Managers and Department Leaders across Tasmania
- Assisting with day-to-day branch operations to ensure teams have the support they need
ABOUT YOU
You're a people-focused administrator who enjoys staying organised, solving problems and supporting others to succeed. You take pride in your work, communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders and can comfortably manage competing priorities.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills across Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with accurate typing and document preparation skills
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
