About the Role
As a Front of House Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading service teams and ensuring every event is delivered to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Leading, motivating and supervising front of house staff
· Coaching and training team members during service
· Coordinating food and beverage service to ensure seamless event delivery
· Liaising with clients and venue representatives to exceed expectations
· Maintaining exceptional service, food safety and presentation standards
· Creating a positive, professional and energetic atmosphere for both guests and staff
· Assisting with event setup, pack down and operational coordination where required
About You
You'll be an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front.
You'll bring:
· At least 2 years' experience in hospitality, catering or events (event experience highly regarded)
· Proven leadership and team management skills
· Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
· A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
· A current RSA certificate
· A current Australian driver's licence preferred
