Rays Wellness is a modern medicinal cannabis dispensary supporting patients across Australia through our own digital platform and purpose-designed dispensaries. We work with the country's leading telehealth services, clinics, and prescribers to help patients access safe, evidence-based plant medicine — and we're growing fast.
We've just come off our biggest awards season yet at the 2026 Cannabiz Awards — taking home Company of the Year and Best Place to Work, on top of back-to-back wins as Dispensary/Pharmacy of the Year in 2025. If you want to join an emerging industry with a team that's genuinely shaking things up, we'd love to hear from you.
We're looking for an enthusiastic Inventory & Pharmacy Assistant to join our South Melbourne dispensary. This role sits at the heart of our stock operation — keeping inventory accurate, organised, and moving, so our pharmacists and dispensary team can get medications to patients quickly and correctly.
It's a great opportunity for an early-career or experienced Pharmacy Assistant to build genuine inventory management expertise in a fast-growing, purpose-led industry.
