The Role
As part of our team, you'll be the go-to expert for customers navigating their natural health options. You'll bring warmth, knowledge, and confidence to every conversation — whether it's recommending a supplement, explaining a herbal remedy, or simply listening.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering personalised, evidence-informed advice to customers
- Building genuine expertise across our product range
- Managing stock orders and liaising with brand representatives
- Merchandising and maintaining stock levels
- Supporting day-to-day store operations
- Coordinating in-store events, workshops, and community activations
Requirements
- Qualified or currently studying in Naturopathy, Nutrition, or Herbal Medicine
- Member of (or eligible to join) a relevant professional association
- Clinical experience welcomed, but not required
- A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
- Based in Victoria with full working rights in Australia
