SUSHI HONBA is looking for a passionate and creative Chef with previous experience, for at least one year to join our kitchen team in Japanese restaurant. We are looking for someone who can provide a culturally diverse and nutritious menu for our loyal customers. In addition, the right candidate will have the necessary experience and responsibility of managing the other staff.
Open 7days a week from 10am to 9:30pm
This is a full-time position Monday to Saturday (some Sunday needs to be covered as required)
This position is responsible for assisting with effective management of the kitchen operation in accordance with operating budget, design and executive of brand standard and food safety requirements.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen for at least 1 year
- High standard of food quality and presentation
- A passion for food, menu planning ideas
- Excellent communication
- Ability to manage food budgets and ordering ingredients
- Ensure hygiene and safety for everyone in the kitchen

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
