We are seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Die Setter for an ongoing night shift position in Dandenong South. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with die setting, machine setting or mechanical experience. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and change dies, tooling and production equipment.
- Prepare and adjust machines for production.
- Monitor machine operation and product quality.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Follow production, quality and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements
- Previous die setting or machine setting experience is preferred but not essential.
- Mechanical, fitting, maintenance or technical experience is highly regarded.
- Good understanding of machinery, tooling and production processes.
- Mechanically minded with good attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
- Comfortable working 10:00pm–6:00am, Monday to Friday.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions.
- Full working rights in Australia.
Pay: From $42.50 per hour
