About the Role
As our Electrification Expert, you'll be the face of BMW's electric vehicle technology, working closely with our Sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience from first enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Your responsibilities will include:

Becoming the dealership's expert on BMW electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.

Demonstrating vehicle technology, charging solutions and connected features.

Supporting customers throughout their EV ownership journey.

Conducting engaging vehicle handovers and product demonstrations.

Assisting the Sales team with customer enquiries and technical knowledge.

Staying up to date with the latest BMW products, innovations and industry developments.
