Your new role
In your new role as Finance & Insurance Manager at CMI Toyota Christies Beach, you’ll be responsible for:
- Consult with customers on finance and insurance related to their new car
- Build and nurture lasting positive customer relationships
- Maintain product knowledge currency to achieve best outcomes
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop solutions that help achieve sales
- Reach monthly targets and KPIs in a busy environment
Most importantly, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers by working closely with your team and other departments.

About you
You don’t have to come from the automotive industry, in fact many of our best people haven’t! What we’re seeking is someone who has:
- Proven sales experience (finance and/or insurance is a plus)
- Strong negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills
- Professional and enthusiastic work ethic to maintain relationships
- A commitment to customer experience, whilst keeping a keen focus on results
- Good computer literacy and an aptitude to learn new systems and programs
- Possession of a current drivers licence is required
