Where you’ll be working
Overlooking the Resort’s sparkling pool and the Palm Meadows Golf Course, you’ll be serving guests in our locally inspired restaurant, The Green Dining, as well as Buffet Breakfast, The Cart, The Bar, and a variety of conference & event spaces.
This Food & Beverage Attendant position is for a passionate all-rounder who will be available to support the team across our busy season with the potential to grow into a permanent position. Availability across school holidays and Christmas will be required.
Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Work across Breakfast, Dinner, Conference & Event Services

Serving locally inspired food & beverages to our resort guests
-
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team, Chefs, and other departments
-
Work as a team to provide seamless, memorable experiences for all guests
-
Showcase your passion for guest service, storytelling, and attention to detail
-
Set up event spaces, bringing guests vision to life for conference & events
-
Create high-quality beverages from coffee to cocktails, mocktails and more
Qualifications
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
-
Experience in a similar role across hotels or resorts
-
Valid RSA Certificate
-
Full availability across early mornings, evenings, weekends, & public holidays
-
Excellent Communication Skills & People skills
-
Warm & friendly guest service, storytelling and attention to detail
-
Enthusiasm & knowledge about plant-forward & local food
-
Barista and/or Bartending experience is highly regarded
-
Understanding of banquets, conferences and event services is beneficial
