The Opportunity
EBOS Healthcare supports more than 7,000 GP clinics and specialists across Australia with trusted medical equipment, consumables and service.
We are looking for an Account Manager to support customers across Perth City South / Southern Metro, grow existing accounts and help drive sales of EBOS Healthcare preferred brands and equipment.
You will work closely with customers, KAMs and internal teams to support enquiries, coordinate demonstrations and keep account activity moving.
What You Will Do:
Retain and grow existing WA healthcare customers.
Identify first-line opportunities and escalate larger leads where needed.
Support customers to move spend towards preferred brands and equipment.
Book and support on-site product demonstrations.
Assist with enquiries, quotes, orders, credits and account updates.
Keep customer and prospect records accurate and up to date.
Who You Are:
You are organised, customer-focused and confident working with both customers and internal teams.
Experience in account management, sales support or customer service.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Good organisation, follow-through and attention to detail.
Comfortable using Microsoft applications, CRM systems and digital tools.
Healthcare, medical wholesale or related sales experience is highly regarded.
