About Role:
The Front Desk / Administration Clerk is the primary point of contact for the Day Rehabilitation Program at Beleura Private Hospital. The role on offer is on a permanent part-time basis and provides comprehensive reception and administrative support, including patient bookings and admissions, appointment scheduling, enquiry management, medical records administration, billing support, and coordination of patient documentation.
Working closely with the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, the position ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the service through accurate record keeping, effective communication, and exceptional customer service. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
