This role works into a team that work across OMD, PHD and Hearts & Science, delivering content-led campaigns spanning media partnerships, broadcast sponsorships, talent partnerships, IP and impactful OOH special builds.

OM Content is looking for a Content Partnerships Executive to join our team and help bring innovative content partnerships to life across some of Australia's leading brands.
OM Content is the specialist creative integration and content division within Omnicom Media Group, working across OMD, PHD, Hearts & Science, UM, Initiative and MediaHub.
We create end-to-end content partnerships that help brands connect with audiences beyond traditional advertising, spanning:
- Broadcast sponsorships and in-program integrations
- Media and digital content partnerships
- Entertainment and cultural IP partnerships
- Talent and creator partnerships
- Bespoke out-of-home activations and special builds
As a Content Partnerships Executive, you'll support the development and delivery of content partnerships from idea through to execution.
Working closely with agency teams, clients and media partners, you'll help coordinate campaigns, manage timelines, support partnership delivery and contribute to creative opportunities across a variety of brands and channels.
Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in content, partnerships and creative marketing.
- Support the development of content partnership ideas, client responses and proactive opportunities
- Coordinate the delivery of partnership campaigns, ensuring timelines, milestones and deliverables are met
- Manage workflows between clients, agencies and partners
- Support day-to-day client and stakeholder communication
- Maintain WIPs, status reports and campaign documentation
- Assist with campaign reporting, post-campaign reviews and insights
- Track budgets, deliverables and operational processes
- Stay across cultural trends, platforms and emerging partnership opportunities
- 0-2 years' experience in media, marketing, content, partnerships or a related field
- Passionate about creativity, content, culture and entertainment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn
- Work across multiple agencies, brands and categories
