What you'll be doing
Improvement of service access and care delivery across Royal North Shore Hospital.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field and/or equivalent practical experience in improvement projects, together with clinical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in continuous clinical practice improvement, project management and/or change management.
- A passion for improvement to inspire, lead and motivate staff and stakeholders.
- The ability to form effective working relationships with senior clinicians, senior managers and external partners, including sound interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data with strength in written reporting and evaluation of projects.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare high level reports and papers for publication.
