You’re someone who wants to create outcomes that have a real impact on the people of NSW.
Work in an organisation based on purpose, structure and process. You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.
In this role, you'll:
You will be working as part of a team delivering privacy and cyber breach responses for licence and photocard customers, the management of identity integrity, identity investigations and escalated operational support relating to proof of identity and overseas licence conversions and other matters related to licence issuance.
This role will see you oversee Transport for NSW’s role in identity management lifecycle by managing the integrity of the licensing and photocard register, ensure accurate customer identification, provide identity management advice, liaise with other government agencies, and support stakeholder and customer remediation pathways.
You will lead improvements to identity management processes and customer remediation pathways in a complex environment involving cyber incidents, privacy issues, identity fraud risks, and multi‑agency collaboration.

You're recognised as an ethical, effective communicator and collaborative problem‑solver, skilled at managing complex communications, analysing issues, providing expert advice, and leading teams, experienced in identity investigation, operational support, document verification, stakeholder collaboration, and developing pathways for customer remediation.
