BASE OOSH is an Outside School Hours Care provider providing before, after school care, and vacation care. BASE OOSH is a Child Safe Organisation. Programs being offered provide children with a safe, enjoyable, and supervised space for learning, playing, and more specifically, making friends while parents are away for work or other commitments.

The Service Manager will ensure the effective management of the day-to-day running of the Aspire OSHC Program; making certain that all children attending receive optimal care at all times, with focus on a safe and secure environment delivered through a structured, well-balanced program.
Essential:
- Paid Working with Children Check
- Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012)
- Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk (CHCPRT025)
- Experience in a similar role as a Responsible Person, Team Leader, Director and/or Senior Educator
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place (MTOP)
- National Child Safety Training
Preferred, have or working towards:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
- Cert IV in School Age Education and Care
