Height Safety Engineers is seeking new trainers to join us as partners in protecting people. Utilising our course materials and resources, you would be delivering high-quality, industry-leading training courses to our base of engaged, long-term clients.
If you are a trainer and looking to partner with a leading partner and RTO in delivering working at heights, rescue, asbestos awareness, and silica awareness training we would like to hear from you.
What we are looking for
In order to lead training in nationally accredited courses, you must have completed TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent course.
Other requirements include having an Australian Business Number (ABN) and professional insurances (public liability, professional indemnity and personal accident). Having a recent National Police Check, or being willing undertake one, is also a requirement.
A background in building or construction would be advantageous, as would a desire to develop into a subject matter expert regarding AS/NZS 1891.4:2025.
HSE primarily deliver training related to height safety. This includes RIIWHS204E Work safely at heights and PUASAR022 Participate in a rescue operation, with a focus on recoveries from falls.
We are also accredited to deliver 11084NAT Course in asbestos awareness and 10830NAT Course in crystalline silica exposure prevention. Both courses are requirements for workers in the ACT and Canberra.
To enhance the experience of our course participants, many of our training courses are deliver on client sites. A willingness to travel across NSW and potentially interstate, towing our specialised training trailer, is a must.
