Café Front of House All-Rounder
Melody Café in Mooloolaba is looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House All-Rounder to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, stays calm during busy service and is happy to help wherever needed.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly service
- Taking orders accurately and using the POS system
- Serving food and drinks
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Keeping the dining and service areas clean and organised
- Assisting with basic coffee preparation when required
- Occasionally helping the team safely adjust outdoor tables, chairs and umbrellas
What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude and good customer-service skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team
- Comfortable working in a busy and active café environment
- Basic understanding of coffee preparation
- Latte art is not required
- Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred, but training can be provided to the right person
- Weekend availability is important
