About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator / Services Coordinator to join a large-scale construction project in Toowoomba.
This role plays a critical part in coordinating digital/ICT scope within construction and FF&E delivery, ensuring alignment between technical requirements, trade services, and onsite execution.
This is a hands-on, site-based role requiring strong experience in construction environments, particularly across services coordination and electrical trades, along with a solid understanding of WHS practices.
Key Responsibilities
Services Coordination (Construction & Trade Integration)
- Coordinate delivery of all digital/ICT scope across construction and trade activities
- Provide input into digital design requirements with trade partners
- Manage and coordinate digital changes across services
- Oversee delivery of reference data, configurations, and design inputs
- Support testing, integration, and validation activities
- Coordinate network-related requirements (e.g. MAC addressing, classification readiness)
FF&E Coordination
- Coordinate digital inputs and requirements for FF&E delivery
- Ensure provision of system configuration and reference data
- Support testing and validation of FF&E-related systems
- Liaise with technical stakeholders to support design and integration activities
Site Coordination & Delivery
- Act as the primary onsite coordinator for ICT systems
- Attend and contribute to construction coordination meetings
- Ensure alignment between ICT scope and construction timelines
- Manage room readiness and acceptance processes
- Support and conduct Fit-Off inspections (Fitoff 1 & 2)
- Assist with 2D shop drawings for BIM/Revit integration
WHS & Safety
- Act as the on-site WHS representative
- Serve as the point of contact for safety incidents
- Ensure adherence to WHS policies and procedures
✅ Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in construction environments, ideally on large-scale projects
- Solid understanding of construction services and trades, especially electrical
- Knowledge of passive ICT infrastructure, including cabling and low-voltage systems
- Experience in services coordination meetings and site delivery
- Understanding of room readiness processes and Fit-Off inspections
- Ability to translate technical designs into construction activities
- Experience with 2D drawings (BIM/Revit exposure highly regarded)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Good knowledge of WHS and site safety practices
Requirements
- Available to work 5 days onsite in Toowoomba
- Based in QLD or willing to relocate/travel
- Strong team player with a professional onsite presence
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment
