Location: Ascot Vale, Vic. Free parking and next to tram stop.
Hours: Flexible – permanent part time (contracted min hrs) or casual.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and confident Beauty Therapist who is passionate about their craft and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. It is a mixed role so when not delivering treatments time will also be spent on reception/retail and assisting with the overall smooth running of the salon.

Your Skillset
We’re looking for a well-rounded beautician/ beauty therapist with experience in a range of beauty treatments who is friendly, knowledgable, professional, and passionate about client care.
You’ll need to bring:
✅ A Certificate III or higher in Beauty Therapy
✅ A warm and professional demeanour
✅ Availability of at least 2 days between Tuesday-Saturday including 1 evening and some saturdays (every Saturday preferable, alternating Saturdays acceptable)

✅ Strong treatment skills, including:
- Waxing, including female intimate
- manicures and pedicures inc. shellac
- Lash lifts + tints
- massage
- basic facials
- Retail and demonstration of skincare and makeup in store,
- reception tasks
✅ A genuine interest in helping clients feel their best
✅ Excellent grooming, punctuality, and attention to detail
✅ Confidence in retail sales, rebooking, and client retention
✅ Willingness to continue learning and participate in training
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with advanced skin treatments
- BIAB
