Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the development and execution of strategic sales plans across our lending brands in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed growth targets
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with finance brokers, auto dealerships, and key introducers
- Demonstrated resilience and the ability to maintain positive partner relationships while navigating tough conversations, particularly around credit and application declines
- Build, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of business opportunities
- Conduct market research to understand evolving client needs and inform future strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deal flow and customer outcomes
- Deliver training, product updates, and sales support to our partners
- Represent the business with professionalism and confidence across industry events, meetings, and presentations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven B2B business development experience
- Demonstrated success in building and managing a high-performing sales pipeline
- Strong relationship-building skills with executives, business owners, and key stakeholders
- Previous experience in auto finance, asset lending, or finance broking (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and sales data to drive decision-making.
