In this role, you'll be pivotal in executing equipment installations, conducting repairs, performing routine maintenance, and providing technical support to resolve breakdowns. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced service technician or field engineer with a passion for hands-on technical work!
About the Role:

Troubleshoot operator issues via phone or remote assistance whenever possible.
•
On-site attendance to efficiently, safely, and reliably complete repairs.
•
Manage service and installation documentation, including parts ordering and returns.
•
Participate in weekend on-call duties and after-hours work as needed.
•
Conduct site inspections essential for equipment installations.
•
Based in Brisbane, require country travel or even interstate travel as required.
Skills and Experiences:

•
Hold an undergraduate degree or TAFE certificate in Engineering or Mechatronics.
•
Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
•
Exhibit precision and attention to detail in your work.
•
Restricted Electrical License preferred
•
Proven experience in repair and maintenance of photographic processing equipment or in related industry
•
Basic networking experience
