Since 2017, we have been serving fresh sandwiches (and salads), made by Chefs. Our mission will always be perfecting simplicity, making everyday food exceptional, and creating real growth and opportunity within the industry that we love.
We have three established Delis in Melbourne, we’ve recently opened a fourth space in the Melbourne CBD and we're working on a home for our Central Kitchen (watch this space). We are calling out for Casual Back of House Team Members to join us in our Prep Kitchen, currently based at our Fitzroy. Shifts commence from 2:30pm and finish by 10:30pm. Early next year, our Central Kitchen will move to a purpose built space in Richmond (close to public transport).
ABOUT YOU
We're searching for food lovers who thrive on quality and presentation. Our Back of House Team are guest facing so bring your outgoing, friendly energy! Previous experience in a fast-paced production/prep environment and stellar time management skills are a must. Qualifications in commercial cookery is advantageous but not mandatory.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Prep fresh and cooked items including sauces, fillings and building toasties for distribution to our Delis
Ensure you follow recipes carefully and accurately, minimising wastage and maximising the product
Keep our space clean, tidy and in line with all HACCP protocols
Occasionally help out with our Deli Teams (if desired) on day/service shifts
