Service Advisor to join our Service team in a full-time, permanent position.

About the role
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key liaison between our customers and our workshop team, delivering exceptional service from vehicle check-in through to collection.
Work Hours
Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm, with Saturday work available on a rotating/occasional basis
Your responsibilities
- Welcome customers and build lasting relationships
- Manage service bookings and customer enquiries
- Check vehicles in for servicing and record customer concerns
- Prepare service estimates and advise expected completion times
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Obtain approval for any additional work required
What we're looking for
- Previous Service Advisor experience in the automotive industry
- Current manual driver's licence
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Good computer skills
- Experience with Tune DMS (desirable but not essential)
