About the Role
As our Group HSEQ Systems Coordinator, you will take ownership of the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the organisation’s Integrated Management System (IMS) across the Keystone Group. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening HSEQ compliance, supporting operational excellence and embedding a proactive safety, environmental and quality culture across the business. You will lead the HSEQ function, including providing direction and support to the HSEQ Administrator, while driving effective delivery of systems, reporting, compliance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working closely with leaders, operational teams, subcontractors and external stakeholders, you will ensure alignment with legislative requirements, client expectations and internationally recognised standards including ISO 45001 Health & Safety, ISO 14001 Environmental and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. This is a hands-on role where you will lead audits, support incident management, improve systems and processes, and drive practical initiatives that reduce risk, enhance compliance and deliver measurable improvements across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversea and lead the direction and continuous improvement of the HSEQ team
- Develop and maintain the Group HSEQ Integrated Management System to support compliance requirements
- Lead internal audits and support ISO accreditation, CM3 compliance and external audit activities
- Provide HSEQ guidance, reporting and support to managers and teams across the business
- Manage incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain subcontractor onboarding and compliance processes to support safe work practices
- Develop HSEQ reporting, systems and processes that improve visibility and business outcomes
About You
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of WHS, environmental and quality legislation and standards
- Proven experience working within an ISO-certified environment with knowledge of IMS frameworks
- Experience managing Integrated Management Systems and compliance frameworks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams, subcontractors and external stakeholders
