Associate AI Engineer
Level: Entry / Early Career
Employment Type: Flexible (0.2–1.0 FTE), including full-time and part-time appointments.
About the Role
We are looking for motivated early-career AI engineers to join our research-driven team. This role is ideal for current Master’s or PhD students, recent graduates, or early-career researchers who are passionate about building practical AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing AI applications based on LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Implement AI models and data processing pipelines.
- Conduct experiments and benchmark AI systems.
- Support software development, testing, and deployment.
- Read and implement recent AI research.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and researchers on product development.
Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Passion for AI and software development.
- Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
No prior industry experience is required.
Preferred
- Experience with machine learning, LLMs, or AI projects.
- Open-source contributions, research experience, or publications are an advantage.
