Eastside Tennis Centre is a busy and growing 8-court tennis facility in Kingsford, just 15 minutes from Sydney CBD and within walking distance of the light rail.
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and motivated Tennis Coaches to join our coaching team. We have opportunities for casual, part-time and full-time coaches, with flexible hours and the opportunity to build a strong coaching career within a growing tennis centre.
About the Role
You will work with players across a wide range of ages and abilities, delivering engaging, structured and high-quality tennis sessions.
Programs include:
- Hot Shots: Red, Orange and Green Ball
- Junior group lessons and squads
- Adult group lessons
- School tennis programs
- Talent Development and High-Performance squads
- Private lessons
- Holiday camps and matchplay programs
- UTR and competitive player development programs
- Racquet stringing: experience is highly regarded but not essential
We can provide opportunities to increase your coaching hours as your student base and experience develop.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for coaches who:
- Have strong tennis experience and a genuine passion for the sport
- Have previous coaching experience or are keen to develop as a professional coach
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are energetic, positive and engaging with both children and adults
- Are reliable, punctual and professional
- Can work independently while contributing positively to a coaching team
- Take pride in delivering quality coaching sessions
- Are committed to ongoing learning and professional development
- Have valid Australian working rights
Tennis Australia coaching qualifications are highly regarded. We are also interested in coaches who are currently working towards their qualifications.
