About the role
As our Regional Exam Support and Workshop Delivery Officer, you’ll coordinate exam preparation activities and deliver high-quality medical education workshops across the region.
Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you’ll work closely with Medical Educators, GP Training teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery and outstanding registrar support.
As our Regional Exam Support and Workshop Delivery Officer, you'll also:
- Coordinate exam preparation activities and registrar workshop delivery.
- Manage event logistics including venues, catering, travel, and materials.
- Liaise with presenters, educators, and registrars to support participation.
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records and databases.
Skills & Experience
- Strong admin and project coordination skills
- Proven event management experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office capability
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
