HR Strategy & Business Partnering

Act as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and leadership team on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change initiatives.

Translate business needs into HR policies and strategic initiatives, including workforce planning, learning and development, working time management, and compensation frameworks.

Monitor and benchmark economic, legal, and social developments and industry best practices.
HR Governance & Operations

Lead and implement HR policies, procedures, and projects in line with corporate strategy.

Contribute to HR budgeting, payroll control, and skills development planning.

Design and maintain HR dashboards, reporting tools, and social performance indicators.

Supervise payroll administration, HRIS management, and employee lifecycle processes.

Ensure full compliance with labor law, collective agreements, and internal regulations.
Talent & HR Development

Define and deploy recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.

Lead Strategic Workforce Planning, including skills forecasting, job and competency management, career paths, and internal mobility.

Oversee training needs analysis, skills development plans, and the annual performance management cycle.
Compensation, Benefits & Engagement

Design, manage, and optimize compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

Manage merit-based compensation, job evaluation, and employee recognition programs to support engagement and retention.
Labor Relations & Communication

Lead relationships with employee representative bodies and ensure effective social dialogue.

Drive internal communication and contribute to employer branding and external communications

Promote a positive social climate through active listening, engagement initiatives, and internal events.

To join our team, you have:

a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration (MBA preferred).

a Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR management, ideally in a multinational and industrial/agri-food environment.

an ability with Microsoft Office and HRIS / HR ERP systems.

a Strategic mindset, strong leadership presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
