We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team on a casual basis across Melbourne's Northern, Western, and Eastern suburbs.

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support tailored to each participant's individual needs. Shifts may include:
- Community access and social support
- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Supporting participants to attend appointments
- Skill development and capacity building
- Recreational activities and community participation
- Transport assistance
- Supporting participants in their home environment
What We're Looking For
You are someone who:
- Is passionate about supporting people with disabilities
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is reliable, professional, and empathetic
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrates a person-centred and strengths-based approach
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (Employee)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Smartphone with internet access
- Full Australian working rights
Desirable
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or related field
- Experience supporting individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities, psychosocial disabilities, or complex behaviours
