We're looking for an experienced Venue General Manager who is ready to relocate to Darwin and be part of one of the most exciting openings in Yo-Chi's journey. About the Role
Yo-Chi is opening at Casuarina Square, and we're lreooking for a Venue General Manager to lead our first ever Northern Territory venue.
This is your opportunity to relocate to Darwin, build an incredible team from the ground up, and bring the Yo-Chi experience to a whole new community. You'll have full ownership of the venue, shape the culture from day one, and play a key role in our continued expansion across Australia.
To set you up for success, you'll complete approximately four weeks of paid training in Adelaide before relocating to Darwin for the venue launch.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Recruit, coach, and develop an incredible team from the ground up
- Take ownership of all venue operations, including rostering, stock management, compliance, and financial performance
- Drive KPIs, labour, COGS, and overall venue success
- Create a fun, positive culture where both your team and guests love spending time
- Build strong connections within the local community
What we're looking for
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR
- A people first leader who enjoys developing teams
- Strong commercial and operational experience
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces new challenges
- Willingness to relocate to Darwin for this exciting opportunity
