About the Role:
A key focus of the role will be leading change initiatives and supporting organisational development across the wellbeing workforce.
The Manager will provide strategic leadership during periods of change and growth, supporting teams to navigate complexity, embed sustainable change, build workforce capability, implement new initiatives and maintain a strong focus on quality outcomes for students, schools and staff.
Your capabilities will include:
Experience providing high-level strategic advice to senior leaders on policy, strategy, organisational priorities and emerging issues
Demonstrated ability to contribute as a member of a senior leadership team to the development and implementation of strategic priorities, organisational direction and continuous improvement initiatives
Demonstrated ability to lead change in complex environments and successfully implement strategic priorities and initiative
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, build workforce capability and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
Experience leading multiple projects and initiatives, evaluating outcomes and adapting work practices to align with changing organisational priorities
Experience managing human and financial resources to achieve agreed goals and deliver quality outcomes
Highly developed communication, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to establish productive relationships and influence outcomes across diverse groups
Commitment to fostering inclusive, collaborative and high-performing workplaces that support positive outcomes for students, schools and staff.
