What will you be responsible for?
This role sits as part of our CRM transformation delivery team and reports to our Head of Salesforce Platform & Architecture.
Your key activities in this role will be …
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for the CRM transformation project
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change-impact assessments and readiness assessments across affected business areas
- Design and deliver communications and training that build understanding, engagement and support for the change
- Plan and drive business readiness, adoption and reinforcement through go-live and hypercare
- Align change activity with delivery milestones, cutover and transition into BAU alongside the Project Manager
- Identify and manage resistance, capability gaps and people-related delivery risks, and track adoption measures
Our ideal candidate?
We’re on the hunt for a credible and influential Change Manager who can bring people along on the journey – and who isn’t afraid to constructively challenge our delivery partners when it matters.
- Proven change management experience on enterprise technology or transformation programmes – Salesforce is preferred or a comparable platform is ideal
- You are knowledgeable in all-things ‘change science’ with a relevant certification eg. Prosci, APMG, CMI
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communications and training capability, with the ability to translate technical and process change into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
- Experience operating client-side alongside external delivery partners, ideally across concurrent projects or workstreams
- Confident engaging a variety of stakeholders, including our UK-based leadership team
- Comfortable working across multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities
- Working competency with AI tools to support communications, content, and productivity
