Join our growing multidisciplinary team as a Speech Pathologist!
We're looking for a passionate speech pathologist to join Safe Steps Therapy, a mobile allied health clinic based in St Marys, delivering Behaviour Support, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Psychology services across Western Sydney.
The Role
Full-time or part-time opportunity available, with flexibility to structure your week around your preferences and availability. Most sessions are delivered in clients' homes, schools and early learning centres across the Western Sydney area.

We work mobile and community-based, seeing clients in their natural environments. This means you'll get to work directly within the spaces where your clients live, learn and play, building genuinely functional, family-centred outcomes, without being tied to a single clinic location.

About You
Early-career clinicians welcome if highly motivated and keen to develop independence; experienced clinicians also encouraged to apply Confident managing a paediatric and/or NDIS caseload, with support as needed Passionate about delivering high-quality, family- and person-centred care Interested in mobile, community-based practice Current driver's licence and access to a reliable car (essential, as this is a mobile role) Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Caseload May Include
Speech sound disorders, language disorders and delays, literacy difficulties, stuttering, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down Syndrome, and AAC assessment and intervention.
