We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Civil Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of major civil projects, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee civil construction operations, ensuring projects are safe, stable, and capable of withstanding environmental forces.
- Conduct comprehensive site investigations, assess project risks, and analyze geological data, surveys, and maps to evaluate project feasibility.
- Prepare detailed blueprints, working drawings, structural plans, and technical specifications using CAD software.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources while coordinating effectively with contractors, government agencies, and clients to meet key milestones.
- Monitor construction quality and material usage, preparing detailed structural reports on project progress, cost management, and environmental impact.
- Apply digital project management and modeling tools, including AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Project, to support design coordination, scheduling, and project tracking.
- Organize and direct site labor and resolve unforeseen design issues, structural problems, or site complications during the active construction phase.
- Oversee site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion control, while securing necessary regulatory approvals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering is strictly required.
- Minimum of 6+ years of proven professional experience overseeing site operations, preparing structural reports, and ensuring project compliance.
- Advanced expertise in structural analysis, material science, and geotechnical surveying.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, MS Project, and other design and modeling software.
- Excellent communication skills , a strong belief in teamwork , punctuality , and high adaptability in fast-paced construction environments.
