What You’ll Do:
- Administer medications and clinical treatments
- Monitor resident health and update care plans
- Respond to emergencies and clinical incidents
- Coordinate with doctors, families, and allied health teams
- Supervise care staff and support teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support dementia, palliative, and chronic care residents
- Provide emotional support and health education to residents and families
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Experience in aged care or community nursing preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts and rosters
- Police clearance and vaccination compliance required
- Australian work rights or visa eligibility
