Are you friendly, reliable, and passionate about providing great customer service? We're looking for enthusiastic Front of House Café Staff to join our team.
About the Role
As the face of our café, you'll create a welcoming experience for every customer while ensuring smooth day-to-day service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers with a smile
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Preparing and serving coffee and other drinks (barista experience is a bonus but not essential)
- Operating the POS system and handling payments
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented café
- Restocking supplies and assisting with opening and closing duties
- Working as part of a positive, supportive team
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Flexible availability, including weekends if required
- Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
