The Student Voice, Leadership & Agency Leader provides strategic leadership in the development and implementation of a whole-school approach to student voice, agency, leadership and engagement aligned to the College Strategic Plan, Amplify priorities, VTLM 2.0 and the Annual Implementation Plan (AIP).
The role focuses on building authentic student partnerships in learning and school improvement, strengthening student connectedness, belonging and engagement, and ensuring students are active contributors to decision-making processes across the College.
The Student Voice, Leadership & Agency Leader works collaboratively with the Principal Team, Teaching and Learning Team, Data Learning Specialist, Sub-Schools, Wellbeing and Inclusion teams to embed consistent student voice and agency practices that improve student engagement, wellbeing and learning outcomes for all students.
Strategic Leadership

Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of a whole-school Student Voice, Leadership and Agency framework aligned to College priorities, Amplify and the AIP.
