Avondale Education Centre is a family owned service that focuses on creating a safe, loving and nurturing environment where children feel at home.
We are looking for passionate and inspiring Educators to be a part of our beautiful boutique family owned service in Dapto. Our service operates between 8:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

A few key responsibilities include:
- Developing strong positive communicating skills, both verbal and written;
- The ability to warmly and professionally communicate with young children and their families;
- Creating, planning and implementing quality educational programs;
- Assisting in the daily routines and how to make them more effective during learning;
- Ensuring children are a part of a warm and stimulating environment that will support their development.
We are looking for you if you:
- Early Childhood Teaching Degree recognised by ACEQA
- Current NESA Approval to teach
- Previous experience working with children from 0-6 years old;
- Have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS);
- Have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Be approachable, positive, and well respected
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
