We are a leading supplier of professional-grade trade and power tools and accessories, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our busy Marsden Park team!
In this fast-paced role, you will be the face of our business, helping customers find the right products, meeting daily sales targets, and ensuring our store looks sharp and fully stocked. If you love talking tools, building customer relationships, and driving revenue, we want to hear from you.
What We Look For:
- A strong drive to generate revenue, meet sales targets, and contribute to the company's financial growth.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers, offer expert advice, and find the perfect equipment for their needs.
- The physical capability to perform manual handling of goods of varying weights, following strict WHS and SafeWork guidelines.
- A passion for tools and the ability to confidently explain product features, benefits, and applications.
- Ability to work an 11-day fortnight roster (including one (1) weekend day per week).
- Tradies looking to get off the tools are encouraged to apply.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Driving sales by actively promoting special offers, new arrivals, and cross-selling related products to maximize revenue.
- Assisting with merchandising, including stocking shelves, setting up promotional displays, and maintaining a highly organized store environment.
- Ensuring all merchandise is accurately stamped, marked, or tagged with the correct pricing.
- Actively participating in training to stay up to date on the latest tools, equipment, and industry trends.
