The Role
Join Australia's leading insurance builder and put your trade background to work across a diverse range of residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and restoration projects.
Based from our Murarrie office, this newly created role has been introduced to support a growing and consistent pipeline of residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and restoration works. Working across a diverse range of projects, you will deliver hands-on trade services including cabinetry installation, carpentry, painting, repairs, and general property maintenance.
This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to take ownership of your work while being supported by an established national organisation with strong systems, experienced leadership, and a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install kitchen cabinetry, benchtops, hardware, and associated fittings
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and measurements to ensure accurate installation
- Perform general carpentry works, painting (interior and exterior), and handyman services including repairs, maintenance, and fixture replacements
- Diagnose on-site issues and deliver practical, cost-effective repair and maintenance solutions
- Safely operate hand and power tools while maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant worksite
- Communicate professionally with clients, provide clear job updates, and ensure all work meets quality, safety, and industry standards

Could This Be You?
We are looking for a reliable and adaptable tradesperson who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A background in cabinetry, carpentry, painting, maintenance, handyman services, or a related trade
- Experience completing repair, maintenance, installation, or building works across residential and/or commercial properties
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
- Current driver's licence
