Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review and interpret contract terms and conditions for head contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements and professional services agreements.
- Create clear and accurate scopes of work for subcontractors using drawings, specifications and contract documents.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation, registers, correspondence and compliance records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support procurement activities, including scope development, tendering, evaluation, agreement preparation and ensuring compliance with company procedures and head contract requirements.
- Administer subcontractor and supplier agreements, including assessing variations, delay/EOT claims, back charges and ensuring ongoing contractual compliance.
- Ensure subcontractor obligations are met prior to payment, including insurances, securities, reporting requirements and other compliance documentation.
- Monitor project costs, progress and financial performance, including forecasting, cost reporting, variance analysis and maintaining financial summaries.
- Assist with preparation of payment claims, variations, payment schedules and contract‑related financial documentation.
- Establish and maintain contract management controls such as variation registers, procurement registers and compliance tracking tools.
- Keep multiple concurrent projects (typically 1–5 at varying stages) organised, on schedule and compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide commercial and contractual advice to the Project Team.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of commercial and contractual systems, processes and project strategies under the direction of the Commercial/Contract Manager.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator in fit-out/construction projects and, or a related role;
- Strong understanding of drawings (architectural, structural and services) with the ability to turn them into actionable tasks.
- Knowledge and experience with managing Head contract and sub-contractors’ contracts
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Procore and Microsoft Project a plus.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- University degree in Construction, Engineering, or studies in a related field is a plus but not essential.
