What We’re Looking For:
A passion for early childhood education and care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A nurturing, creative, and adaptable approach
Willing to travel to various Mini Masterminds centres including: Lidcombe, Liverpool, Macquarie Park, Merrylands, North Parramatta and Sydney Olympic Park
Commitment to fostering strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Qualifications (depending on the role):
Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
Current Working with Children Check
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training
Child Protection Certificate and Child Safe Training Certificate
